Pamela is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice - Criminology and a Master’s in Business Administration - Healthcare Management and Leadership. Her 30+ year career spans nursing, legal, and healthcare business sectors, demonstrating her versatility.

She is a former correctional nurse and law enforcement officer.  Her varied background including emergency, medical-surgical, forensic, and healthcare leadership—offers a panoramic view of the healthcare and medico-legal world.

Pamela embodies an impressive fusion of healthcare and legal expertise. Her directorial skills are marked by operational improvements, patient and adoptee advocacy, standards of care reviews, and mastery in Audit Trail Analysis, coding & billing, healthcare audit and UCR analysis.

Pamela is passionate about helping people and leaving the world a little better place.  She started Epiphany Nurse Consultants (ENC) after over 30 years in healthcare after observing operational malfunctions, gaps in care, access to care issues, patients in desperate need of an advocate and in some cases justice.  With a national team of the best in the industry, Pamela and ENC can help you save time and money.
